How is the IR Thermometer Working?

IR or IR Thermometer Gun works on Infrared Technology. It sensor throws the infrared beam or rays onto the surface of almost anything and the surface reflects the IR to the sensor. After that sensor heat signature mechanism detects the heat and shows it on the screen.

Distance is fully dependent on the sensor of the device. Long-distance detection needs a heavy sensor and internal parts. This device perfectly works within a distance of 5 cm from the surface. Its result may vary from +_1 degree.
