Electric Drop Bolt Lock DC 12V ES-1096AF-L is a fail-safe operation type lock. It works on Low Temperature. It is Safe and Durable. Environmental protection lock consumes low power. It comes with PCB which is Reverse current protected. It is made of superior-strength aluminum alloy and a solid stainless steel bolt.
Electric Drop Bolt Lock DC 12V ES-1096AF-L has dynamic holding force capacities. A “fail-safe” magnetic lock requires power to remain locked. It is not suitable at places where high security is involved as it is possible to disable the lock by disrupting the power supply.
It can be made possible by adding a magnetic bond sensor to the lock and by using a battery backup with a power supply. Electric Drop Bolt Lock DC 12V is well suited for use on emergency exit doors that are used at fire safety places.
It is because locks do not have moving parts and are therefore less likely to fail than other types of Electric Drop Bolt Lock DC 12V, such as electric strikes.
An Electric Drop Bolt Lock DC 12V is a device that consists of an electromagnet and an armature plate. Mainly, there are two types of electric locking devices, “fail-safe”, and “fail-secure”. A Fail-Secure locking device remains locked when power is lost while Fail-Safe locking devices get unlocked when a power supply is disrupted.
