RFID Access Control System SA-72 | Biomax

The RFID access control system allows you to monitor employee movement in and out of an area. It uses radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to identify people by scanning their unique ID tags. This helps you to ensure that only authorized personnel enter the building.

Set up an RFID Access Control System at the entrance

To set up an RFID Access Control System, you need to install a card reader at the entrance of the building. Once installed, you will need to scan each visitor’s ID tag using the reader. If the ID tag matches the one stored in the database, then the visitor is allowed to enter the building.

Install the software on your computer or mobile device

There are two ways to use the RFID Access Control System. One is by installing the software on your computer. This method allows you to check the visitors’ IDs as soon as they enter the building. Another option is to download the app onto your smartphone. This method lets you check the IDs while you’re on the move.

Create users with different roles on RFID Access Control System

If you need to restrict certain areas of your business to only authorized people, then you should consider creating different user groups. Each group will have its own set of privileges. For instance, one group might be able to view the company’s financial reports, while another group has access to the HR department.

Add tags to each employee’s badge on RFID Access Control System

Tags are small pieces of data that can be attached to an object. They’re used to identify objects and help computers find them. In this case, we’ll use tags to identify individual employees. We’ll assign each employee a unique tag number.

Then, when an employee enters or leaves the building, the system will automatically record the employee’s ID number along with his or her location. This helps you keep track of who’s where at any given moment.

Monitor their activities

If you want to monitor your employees’ activities, you need to install an RFID access control system. These systems allow you to see exactly what your employees are doing while they’re in the office. You can even set up alerts so you receive an email whenever one of your employees leaves the office.
